In short: most of our articles are produced with AI tools and are not routinely reviewed by a person before publication. We try to link to good sources, say plainly where evidence is limited, credit our images and fix mistakes when they are reported. Health articles are not reviewed by medical professionals. This page says exactly how we work.
Our purpose
DailyFact.net aims to help readers understand a topic quickly and decide what to do next. We cover Health & Wellness, Lifestyle, Buying Guides, and Explore topics such as culture, current affairs and history.
How we use AI
- Most articles are produced with generative AI tools. This includes research, drafting and editing support.
- A person does not routinely review each article before it is published. Some articles receive human editing, and we may improve articles after publication, but we do not promise a human check of every article.
- AI can make mistakes. It can state wrong, outdated or invented facts. Treat articles as a starting point, follow the sources they link to, and verify anything that matters.
- Images. We use stock photographs that we license from services such as Pexels and Pixabay, and we credit the photographer. We do not present AI-generated images as photographs of real events.
Sourcing and accuracy
- We aim to link to the primary or an authoritative source for important factual claims.
- For health topics we prefer government and public health bodies (for example the US National Institutes of Health, the CDC, the FDA and the UK NHS), systematic reviews and peer-reviewed research over marketing claims, social media or anecdotes.
- We aim to say what is known, what is not, and the limits of a source, and to avoid presenting early findings as settled.
- We aim to date our articles and show when they were last updated.
Health and medical content
Health articles are general education. They are not medically reviewed unless an article names a qualified reviewer, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. See our Disclaimer. We avoid promising cures or guaranteed results, and we tell readers when to seek professional help.
Buying guides
Our comparisons reflect the information available to us when written. They are not laboratory tests unless we say so. If we earn money from links or ads, we disclose it; see our Affiliate & Advertising Disclosure.
Images and credits
We credit photographers and image sources next to the image. If you own an image on the Site and want it credited or removed, tell us (see below).
Updates
We may update articles when facts change or errors are found. Articles that were changed after publication show an “Updated” date. We do not always list every change.
Corrections
If you spot a mistake, tell us the article, what you think is wrong and, if you can, a source. Use contact [at] dailyfact [dot] net or the contact form. We aim to review corrections within 14 days and to fix verified errors promptly. For significant corrections we may add a note to the article.
Independence
Advertising and affiliate commissions do not decide what we write. We do not accept payment for favorable coverage. If content is ever sponsored, it will say so clearly.
Conduct
We do not knowingly publish plagiarized, defamatory or deliberately misleading material. If you think we have, please tell us.
